Thank you for visiting our website, which is operated by Lumino Chains. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order on our website.
Products and Services Our website offers jewellery products for sale & Gift Cards. We do not offer any other services. Products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products sold to any customer.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days from the date of purchase. Products will be delivered within 2-6 working days from the date of order. Shipping fees will be stated at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice. Products are shipped using a tracked courier service either evri or royal mail depending on what the customer has chosen.
Returns and Refunds We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please email us through our contact form or directly to returns@luminochains.co.uk. From here we will give you the returns address. We do not offer free returns at this current moment, customers are responsible for paying and sending their parcels back to the reutrns hub (address given upon request). A refund will be issued within 5-7 working days after we have received the returned item. See here for step by step instructions on how to return your parcel.
Payment and Pricing The price stated on the products is inclusive of VAT. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards as well as Paypal, apple pay and google pay on the website only.

Shipping will be provided by Evri within 2-6 days after your order has been placed. Once your order has been shipped you will be able to track your parcel with the shipping number. We are not liable for any missing parcels after your shipping number has been provided, you must take this up with Evri should such a tradegy happen.
Limitation of Liability We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
