After we have received and inspected your item, we will email you to let you know whether your eligible for your refund. After this, we will refund you back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 2-5 business days to see the money in your account. More information here.

Unfortunately, sale products or products bought with store credit (gift cards) are not eligible for a refund. You can exchange your item for one of the same price or request store credit again.

Our chains are built with high-quality 316L stainless steel and then coated 5 times in PVD gold or white gold plating. At Lumino, we don’t sacrifice on quality.

After your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 1-2 working days for us to ship your order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday may be processed on Monday.

We use Evri to ship our parcels and you should get a tracking sent from them to your email that your order was placed with after they have picked up your parcel.

Yes, our jewellery products can go in water for any amount of time. We design them for everyday use in mind so they are waterproof, heat proof and will not tarnish.

Unfortunately, after an order has been shipped, there is nothing we can do and you won’t be entitled to a refund as the order has already gone out for delivery. If you notice before your order has been shipped, please contact us straight away. contact@luminochains.co.uk.
